Vaccine Survey and Resources for Early Childhood Programs

The Office of Early Childhood (OEC) is gathering information on the number of child care providers and staff who have been able to receive the COVID-19 vaccine, and any difficulties in the vaccination process.

The survey is optional. Responses have no impact on your license status. Your response will only be used to understand demand and challenges in obtaining the vaccine.

Additional COVID-19 Vaccine Resources

Child care programs should work with their local public health agency to access the vaccine. You can find your local public health agency HERE. For El Paso County, visit: elpasocountyhealth.org

Child care providers who are struggling to develop a vaccination plan or access the vaccine can request assistance from the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment (CDPHE) by filling out a request form HERE.

Pikes Peak United Way’s 2-1-1 is now able to take on general vaccine inquiries. General inquiries include the following types of questions: where can I get the vaccine, am I eligible in the current phase or priority group, how can I get my staff vaccinated, etc. If the inquiry requires very specific information and/or assistance from a public health subject matter expert, please send those to covid-19-vaccines@elpasoco.com and we will ensure the inquiry is handled appropriately.
