Alliance for Kids, El Paso County’s Early Childhood Council, is housed under the Foundations program of Joint Initiatives. The Council bring agencies and individuals together to work collaboratively on a seamless system of care for young children and their families in El Paso County. The Council engages community partners in an open coalition framework to make decisions, implement new programs, and produce positive outcomes for young children and their families.
