Dana Scarbrough
Pathways Program Director
Dana provides leadership to, and administration of, the CYCD juvenile services program in the Fourth Judicial District. Ensures that a detention continuum of services to juveniles in the justice system are effectively carried out in accordance with the mission and purpose of the CYDC. Develops and implements policies as approved by the CYDC Juvenile Services and Planning Committee (JSPC).
She is responsible for providing leadership in the implementation and administration of the Collaborative Management Program initiative in El Paso County. Ensures that the family driven Wraparound Process is implemented effectively for youth and their families, who have involvement with multiple agencies. Develops and implements policies as approved by the Interagency Oversight Group (IOG).

Assures that the strategic plan is executed in accordance with the vision, mission, and goals of the Alliance. Works under the direction of JI’s Vice President of Programs and the full membership of the Alliance for Kids Council.

Chantelle works to direct community-wide family and youth engagement to ensure Joint Initiatives utilizes effective approaches to support a community where youth and families thrive. She works in close collaboration with JI Program Directors and staff, and with the community to develop, implement, and continue to improve families’ voice and choice programming and systems-level change. She serves as a key resource and is a strategic thought partner for the JI team, promoting the culture and practices of a “learning organization,” while implementing strong family engagement approaches and best practices as it applies to collective impact.
