Cassy Reyes
Vice President of Youth Pathways
Cassy provides leadership for the Youth Pathways program and oversees the soon-to-launch juvenile assessment center (JAC) that will provide new and current services to youth. She contributes to the development and implementation of JI’s vision, shared goals and objectives, and the overall direction of JI, working closely with JI’s CEO and Chief Operations Officer, as well as with El Paso County’s REACH and Collective Impact Committees, to develop resources, identify service gaps, and implement annual strategic plans/MOUs. Cassy assists collaborating agencies in problem-solving and moving toward an integrated system of care for children, youth, and their families, while supporting JI’s racial equity work, training series, circle group facilitation, and implementation of Restorative Justice practices and programming.

Shay works under the direction of JI’s Vice President of Programs and the full membership of the Alliance for Kids Council.
