Dani provides leadership for the Youth Pathways program and oversees the Ascend Center which provides new and current services to youth. She contributes to the development and implementation of JI’s vision, shared goals and objectives, and the overall direction of JI, working closely with JI’s CEO and Chief Operations Officer, as well as with El Paso County’s REACH and Collective Impact Committees, to develop resources, identify service gaps, and implement annual strategic plans/MOUs. Dani assists collaborating agencies in problem-solving and moving toward an integrated system of care for children, youth, and their families.

Shay provides leadership for the Foundations program in implementing an early childhood system of care through Alliance for Kids, El Paso County’s Early Childhood Council. This includes ensuring that the Strategic Plan is executed in accordance with the Council’s vision, mission, and goals. Shay works under the direction of JI’s Chief Operating Officer and the full membership of the Alliance for Kids Council.

Ryan provides leadership in overseeing the planning, development, and execution of high-impact strategic initiatives, including, but not limited to data and legislative advocacy. This includes fostering innovation, ensuring the strategic initiatives align with the organization’s long-term goals, and enhancing the effectiveness and efficiency of key programs.

Tara ensures that all financial processes, records, and reports of the agency conform to generally accepted accounting principles for a non-profit corporation.
