Joint Initiatives for Youth + Families is thrilled to be among the recipients of the Colorado Office of Economic Development and International Trade (OEDIT) Opportunity Now Colorado grant. JI was awarded $622K for its Advancing Early Childhood Educators Program, which will help address the gap of 16,000+ child care spots needed in Colorado Springs by attracting, educating, and retaining early childhood teachers.
