State of Colorado Information Sharing Summits
Please join us for one of six summits planned for the Colorado Children and Youth Information Sharing (CCYIS) Initiative. The goal of these summits is to unveil the new "Standardized Authorization - Consent to Release Information" form but more importantly we want communities to discuss the challenges of sharing information.
