Vice President, Programs - Sarah Sherwin
Provides leadership to all Initiatives in accordance with the mission, vision and strategic plan of Joint Initiatives.
Vice President, Finance – Janet Mork
Janet does an excellent job of managing a complex finance department that is responsible for the fiscal oversight of numerous grants and contracts. Her attention to detail and development of effective accounting systems ensures that Joint Initiatives can carry out its role as fiscal agent at a very high level of efficiency and effectiveness.
Early Childhood Program Director - Kelly Hurtado
Provides leadership to implement an early childhood system of care, through the Alliance for Kids, El Paso County’s Early Childhood Council. Assures that the strategic plan is executed in accordance with the vision, mission, and goals of the Alliance. Works under the direction of JI's Program Director and the full membership of the Alliance for Kids Council.
Pathways Program Director – Dana Scarbrough
- Provides leadership to, and administration of, the CYCD juvenile services program in the Fourth Judicial District. Ensures that a detention continuum of services to juveniles in the justice system are effectively carried out in accordance with the mission and purpose of the CYDC. Develops and implements policies as approved by the CYDC Juvenile Services and Planning Committee (JSPC).
- Responsible for providing leadership in the implementation and administration of the Collaborative Management Program initiative in El Paso County. Ensures that the family driven Wraparound Process is implemented effectively for youth and their families, who have involvement with multiple agencies. Develops and implements policies as approved by the Interagency Oversight Group (IOG).
