Joint Initiatives for Youth & Families

Building a Healthy Community Through Collaborative Leadership

Joint Initiatives for Youth and Families (JI) is a 501(c) 3 not-for-profit organization located in Colorado Springs, Colorado, serving El Paso and Teller Counties.

JI creates an environment that empowers individuals. We advance a safe, healthy, and flourishing community by equipping children, youth, and their families to thrive.

JI fosters hope for a better future - for the children, youth, and families we serve and the community as a whole. We prevent, reduce, and work to solve the social problems when families have limited (or fragmented) access to resources and support systems.

Joint Initiatives brings our community together to provide personalized support and build flexible and innovative systems that have an impact to produce positive change. These systems span pre-birth (neo-natal) to young adulthood (21 years of age). They are carefully designed to meet the needs our community, use resources responsibly, and deliver life-changing results.

Our collaborative approach works. We make a collective impact.
