Joint Initiatives for Youth and Families (also known as Joint Initiatives or simply JI), is a 501(c) 3 not-for-profit organization located in Colorado Springs, Colorado.

Our not-for-profit is unique because it is an interagency collaboration of the most senior leaders (CEOs, Presidents and Executive Directors) of Health, Human Services, Education, and Public Safety agencies in the Pikes Peak Region.

Joint Initiatives is a membership organization of leaders who, through community-wide collaboration, work to achieve positive changes in the lives of children, youth, and their families.

JI is the resource for community leaders, elected officials, and policy makers on children and youth issues.
